What's happening

Centene — parent of Ambetter, QCA Health Plan, and QualChoice — will not renew its participation in Arkansas' ARHOME Medicaid expansion program next year, citing funding challenges. The company called it a "difficult decision."

Enrollees in the three Centene plans will be moved to other plans they're eligible for — leaving Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield as the remaining ARHOME insurer.
